The traditionally built studios are surrounded by jasmine, bougainvillea & hibiscus bushes that stimulate all senses. To secure a booking a prepayment of 25% from the total amount of the reservation is required. The minimum prepayment for very short stays, is the price of one overnight. Cancellations made beyond 22 days will qualify for a full refund of the prepayment. Any cancellation made 21 or less days before the arrival date, prepayment is not returned. Early departure – 50% of the remaining days will be charged.

Studios Scorpio are located at a quiet residential area of Naoussa town on the island of Paros. It takes only 6 minutes to walk to the center, where you will find all kinds of fancy shops, as well as the small fishing port with many fashionable bars and gourmet taverns offering just caught fish and shell-fish! Small boats can take you to various popular or not beaches across the bay. The main bus station is 150m. from the studios, with regular connections to all parts of the island. There are mini-markets and bakeries very close to the studios; no means of transportation is necessary. Distances • Village center & Venetian port: 6 minutes' walk • Central bus station: 150m. • Bakery: 200m. • Post office: 200m. • Mini-market: 250m. • Agii Anargiri Beach: 10 minutes' walk • Piperi Beach: 10 minutes' walk

However, we were astounded at the beauty of the apartment and its terrace. Location was good and allowed us a lovely walk into the town and the wonderful restaurants. Kiki was an excellent host and took care of all our needs. She baked us a cake and dropped in fresh pomegranates from her garden. A truly lovely lady. The value of the apartment was outstanding. We found the studio on the first level with a large terrace to be almost brand new and spotless. Kiki the owner could not have been more welcoming and better hostess, we were truly delighted with our stay. The location is within easy walking distance of the seafront restaurants, supermarkets and right in the heart of the town.
